5 Bedroom House in Del Monte Forest

Completely rebuildt, like a new modern estate. Large open indoor outdoor entertaining areas, Living room features a lighted bar and 20 foot plus high ceilings and in wall fireplace. This is open to the new kitchen with a 17 foot island that seats 10. Awesome Thermidor oven and appliances, 3 refrigerators etc. The kitchen and living are open to family room with 80 inch tv and underlit fireplace. Wall of glass opens to huge deck to create indoor outdoor experience. Same flooring throughout. Deck features a bar with seating for 7 that is open to the kitchen. Zip line, fire pole , rope ladder, etc. Deck overlooks back yard with Bocce court, fire pit and ginormous chess/checkers. Guest house. Lots of parking. Circle driveway excellent for valet or ride and drive event. Designed with displaying a special car in the back yard in mind, can actually drive a circle around the house through he entertaining areas. Amazing outdoor lighting provides a special setting at night. This home has never been rented as remodel is just now complete. Occupied by 3rd and 4th generation Pebble Beach residents. Awesome stereo system and home automation. The preferred rental is 5 nights. 3 night rentals will have a $1,000.00 short stay charge. PLEASE note that the rate does not include the cost for an event so if planning a gathering that usually has an additional charge depending on the event and number of people. The rate for car week is more than the web site allows me to post so please message for full cost.
