Welcome to our home! We love it here and we hope you will too.
Stunning, modern, completely remodeled 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom house just north of Wonderland Lake in North Boulder. Open-plan, minutes from downtown, steps to wilderness trails, 30 minutes from skiing.
Our home may be available for longer term rentals between September 01 2020 and July 31 2021, even if the calendar is blocked. Please inquire if you need a longer stay.
The huge open-plan entertainment area is flooded with natural sunlight and includes the living area, gourmet eat-in kitchen and dining area.
The fully-equipped kitchen area is complete with high-end built-in appliances, a huge island with seating, quartz countertops, gas range, coffee machine and large pantry. Ideal for entertaining and cooking large meals.
The dining area is flooded with natural light and seats up to eight people. High chairs are available.
The living area has a large flat screen 3D Ultra HD Smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime and Apple TV (please note - no cable TV), modern & comfortable sofas and a beautiful built-in gas-burning fireplace. All lighting is LED and dimmer-controlled.
The entire living area flows seamlessly into a stunning south-facing deck and exterior entertainment area complete with BBQ, seating for 8, an outdoor gas fire pit / lounge area and an irrigated garden.
The grassy fully enclosed back yard has a 12ft trampoline and sandbox with toys, plus a kiddie pool with water toys for the summer, and the double garage contains outdoor games, bicycles and sleds.
There is a 800 sqf modern second floor level with 2 children’s bedrooms, a bathroom with rain shower and double vanity, large laundry room equipped with HE washer & dryer and a rec / play room with large flatscreen 4K Smart TV, games and toys.

Bedroom 4 and 5 (children’s rooms) are located in the newly added second floor addition and both have a twin bed.

The rec / play room upstairs has a large flatscreen 4K Smart TV, games and toys.

Laundry with high efficiency washer and dryer.
