Or allow the Florida sun to kiss your cheeks while sipping on an ice cold drink right from the pool deck. It's located about 20 mins away from white sandy beaches, great dining & nightlife.
LOCATION: The property is a short 10 minute drive to the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, 20 minutes for Fort Lauderdale Airport (26 minutes from Miami Airport) and 20 minutes from Hollywood & Fort Lauderdale Beach.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and Check-out before 11AM.
MASTER BEDROOM: Features a King bed, black out curtains, a 65 inch TV, a self designated work desk, private bathroom with a walk-in shower and bath tub.
2ND BEDROOM: Features a queen bed, black out curtains and a self-designated work desk.
3RD BEDROOM: Features a queen bed, black out curtains, a 65 inch TV and self-designated work desk.

PET POLICY: No pets allowed.
SMOKING: No smoking allowed in the house.
NOISE LEVEL: After 10pm noise level must be low in respect to our neighbors.
PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY: You can order packages to be left at the door, however, lost packages are the guests responsibility.
CLEANLINESS: No trashing the house. Cleaning fees are $250, however, there will be a violation fee if the home is left in an unreasonable condition than that of the original condition of first move-in.
MAX CAPACITY: No more than 8 guests on property at a time.
