Summary: Property was actually nice, but check-in was not as expected, and prevented us from fully enjoying our trip. Made prior arrangement with Host that I would check in morning time, but would pay for check in for prior evening. However, when I arrived at agreed upon check in time, the unit was not ready and not cleaned. Had to wait 5 hours for cleaner to arrive. Could not relax. Could not use shower. Could not do events planned for that day because we had to wait for cleaner. Host apologized but did not offer any compensation for the inconvenience, even when I asked for 1 day refund of booking price. VRBO staff has not been very helpful either. I’m still trying to get this resolved…
