Summary: The property was nice, location was perfect and exactly what we were looking for, but I was a little disappointed in the condition of the interior. There were upgrades made, but the shower was slippery getting in and out. There were some drainage issues in the kitchen, and we eventually found a bowl placed under the sink to catch some leaking water (it had been there awhile). The front entrance had beautiful windows, but no coverage at night, and you could see directly into the condo. The furniture was clean but not very comfortable, it is in need of replacement. The balcony was not very clean, or comfortable, the floor was covered in what looked like a black, greasy substance, which was a shame because morning coffee out there would have been very relaxing. All in all, it was a nice place, but I think I expected more for the cost.
