For remote medical workers, we are also less than a mile from Lake Granbury Hospital!
Loft on Bluff by Skyview Vacations is a pet-friendly, super comfortable completely renovated loft with a full living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. You will find a comfortable queen mattress and even a shower with double shower heads! We offer a place to stay on a month to month basis right near the heart of the action in town. We are positioned about 20 steps from Pam’s breakfast restaurant and only a few blocks to all of the restaurants, shopping and music to enjoy on the Historic Granbury Square. It’s the perfect monthly rental in a quiet, safe neighborhood.
We have ensured that any need you may have has been provided, from towels, a fully stocked kitchen, charging station, sound machine and a starter pack of shampoo, soap, coffee, sweetener, etc. Not to mention FAST internet. We also have a charger for electric vehicles. Come settle in and enjoy our loft as your home-away-from-home.
The loft has a private staircase leading to the home, and two shaded parking spots are directly next to the staircase.
Laundry
The laundry room is directly to the right of the front entryway staircase. The Unit will be locked so your belongings are kept safe. The unit is occasionally shared with our cleaners when they are turning the other units on the property; never shared with other guests.
Utility Costs
Utility costs, up to $200, are included in your monthly stay. Any overages will be invoiced to the guest within 120 days of your check out date.
Vacation Rental Reminder
Kindly keep in mind that we are not a hotel and that our accommodations are offered as vacation rentals, so we’ll provide some bathroom essentials (shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper) and coffee/tea, paper towels and trash bags to get you started, however these items are not replenished during your stay. Should you require additional quantities of these items, you can find them (and much more) available at any store nearby.
Pets
We are pet-friendly and welcome one well-behaved dog for a non-refundable pet fee of $95. Please kindly refrain from allowing pets on the furniture during your stay.
Please note that pets are not allowed on the furniture. Failure to comply may result in an additional $250 cleaning fee.
A refundable $500 security deposit is required for stays over 10 days. This is fully refundable in the event that no damages happened to the property during your stay.
Monthly Cleanings
For stays over 30 days, a monthly clean will be required which will be coordinated after booking. Monthly cleans will be additional and billed through your booking platform.
