Located just a short walk or bike ride from downtown (cruiser bikes included), close to hiking, biking and all that Boulder has to offer. The house is tastefully designed with artwork throughout and equipped with everything you might need to entertain and enjoy.
Memorial Day Race Info: We are in the middle of the race course, so you can't drive out of house for Monday morning, cleared by Noon. You can easily get to the race with a 10 min walk.

Summary: My family stayed for the month of July and we had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful, clean, very cozy, and had everything you could want and need. The open floor plan was super welcoming. Howie and his family were very kind & accommodating, checking in to make sure everything was working well, etc. It really felt like we were in a home, not just a rental house, and that was something we appreciated a lot. We hope to return here, thank you so much!
