Come stay at this quiet and serene little yellow house close to Canyon Lake. Nestled in the trees, this home features two ensuite bedrooms, ( jetted tub and walk -in shower in the primary bathroom), large vaulted living room with a beautiful wood ceiling, large kitchen with quartz countertop and bar, full size washer and dryer, dishwasher, water softener, reverse osmosis water filtration system, refrigerator with water and ice dispenser. In addition to these features, this home has an amazing Texas size 8ft by 40ft back porch which overlooks a greenbelt teeming with deer, birds, foxes, and other wildlife. Relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of local wine in the evening. Behind the greenbelt (within walking distance of the house) is the community park with large cypress trees, picnic tables and bbq grills, kids' fishing pond, and a seasonal creek feeding into Canyon Lake. The road leading to boat ramp #11 for Canyon Lake is just across from the park. From here you're just 20 minutes to Blanco, the Blanco river and state park, tubing on the Guadalupe River, numerous wineries, and all that Canyon Lake has to offer. You're 45 minutes to the historic town of Gruene and New Braunfels, and 1 hour to either Austin or downtown San Antonio with the Alamo and famous River Walk. If you're in the area for a wedding at either Remi's Ridge at Hidden Falls or Hayes Hollow at hidden falls, you're less than five minutes away.
