Positive: We were slightly wary about booking this apartment as it had no reviews but we needn't have worried as the apartment is beautiful and it's my pleasure to leave the very first review. It is spotlessly clean and bright, very well equipped with everything you need. Bedrooms: a large double (with excellent aircon) with an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. A twin room with 2 single beds. All the beds are comfortable and are extra long. There is no Aircon in the twin room but it has a good ceiling fan (we stayed the first week in Sept and had no trouble sleeping). Living area: is spacious with a large, comfortable sofa (I think it's a sofa bed but we never used it as such) and armchair and a dining table with 4 chairs. There's a large smart TV (not sure about the available channels as we took our own Firestick but it has Netflix etc if you have an account). It has great aircon. Kitchen: Very clean and well equipped with a 3 ring electric hob and a large fridge freezer. There's a microwave, kettle, coffee maker etc. Utility room: Washing machine and vacuum cleaner, dustpan and brush etc. Lovely 2-sided corner terrace with a 7 seater furniture set. The terrace has magnificent views over the sea and the town (from the 19th floor) and has the sun all day from about 10am until the sun sets over the Old Town. Location: In the Rincon de Loix area, so handy for everything (New Town) but still quiet at night. Taxis back to the apartment are about €5/6 from New Town and less than €10 from Old Town. Wifi: easy to connect to by scanning the QR code on the router by the side of the sofa. Decent speed and solid connection. There's a proper, large supermarket 3 minutes walk around the corner. To sum up - it's a beautiful apartment where we spent a lovely 10 days and would have absolutely no hesitation in booking again. PS: Hosts are lovely and respond quickly to messages.
Negative: It's hard to find fault but as the review insists I'll have to find something. There are no drawers in the twin room but there's a chest of drawers in the living room. That's my only complaint but it's no problem.
Summary: Beautiful 19th floor apartment with amazing views.
