Summary: It was a good unit. There were a few negatives. My condo was on the second floor and there was a store on the first floor which played very loud music. I spoke to Sherman, one of the managers at Landmark Resort, which runs Ocean Escape and he spoke to the store manager and they lowered the volume. You could use Landmark's laundry room however they need to update the washing machines and dryers. Ocean Escape is supposed to be a 55 and over facility however there were several people staying there that couldn't have been over 30, maybe the were with parents. Also, the unit above me had very small children running for long periods of time which was very loud in my unit, but maybe the were with their grandparents. Over all it was a nice place to stay but had obstructed views to the beach which was expected. I would stay there again.
