One suite is on the main level with sliders to both the oceanside deck, and the interior courtyard. The ensuite bathroom has a large shower, and also contains the laundry area. The upper level is reached by a spiral staircase, and provides the second bedroom, and nearby bathroom with tub and shower. On that level is also the loft above the living room with a fun foosball table, a convertible futon seat, and book shelves.
