Property located 2-5 min drive from most shopping and restaurants Boynton Beach has to offer. You can literally walk to Boynton Beach Mall and other restaurants that is in the area. The beach is only 10-15 minutes away, also15-20 min to West Palm Beach, Delray Beach & Boca Raton.
The property:
Everything has been renovated with high quality materials and labor, which is very unusual for a short term rentals. The house is fully equipped with the latest technology, high end appliances (Kitchen Aid), quality furniture, Italian tile throughout the house and marble in bathrooms. There is a brand new private, heated, saltwater pool, stainless steel grill with island and murphy bar. All doors and windows are hurricane impact.
Outdoor:
There is a new screened inn patio with all weather TV (Sun Bright- best outdoor TV, 55 inch), very comfortable Ashley couch, solid teak coffee table, huge Tommy Bahama cooler, bartender set, solid acacia seating area and beautiful Leonardo travertine pavers around the pool and in the patio. The backyard is completely fenced inn and very private, the gates on both sides are locked and only lawn guy (once per 2 weeks) and pool guy (once a week) have access. Brand new sod has been professionally installed as well as flowers, bushes and pretty much all of the landscaping. There is 2 bird feeders as well so you can enjoy florida birds year around.
Indoor:
Kitchen: high quality cabinets, brand new Kitchen Aid appliances, beautiful alpine granite countertops with waterfall, solid wood Italian cutting board, there is an additional Kinetico water filter under kitchen sink with 5 stages of water filtering.
Living room: White leather sofa with solid acacia coffee table, solid acacia tv stand, Samsung Q90 (best TV you can buy as of today, rated nr 1 by many magazines), ceiling fan with remote on the wall.
Master Bedroom: Solid wood king size bed with solid wood night stands, beautiful double doors entry on front side and side door to master bathroom, ceiling fan with remote control. If you open both doors you can watch TV in the living room from your bed.
Master Bathroom: Black & Grey Marble in the shower, white marble sink, german made (hansgrohe) faucets & shower faucet, toto toilet with toto washlet (same as bidet), the washlet wash, dries, and got a heated seat. The fan has a light, night light and bluetooth connection, so you can listen to your music while you are taking a shower. Samsung washer dryer combo in black stainless finish, huge closet.
Pool bedroom: you can jump (not allowed to jump:)) in the pool every morning right from your bed, just open the double doors and you are in the pool in a second. Queen size bed, solid wood night stands, ceiling fan with remote on the wall, curtains for extra privacy.
3rd Bedroom: 2 solid wood twin beds, night stand that has a usb connection so you can charge your phones. There is a solid wood desk with very comfortable chair and a desk lamp so you can work while on vacation. Ceiling fan with remote on the wall.
Hall bathroom: Tumbled Turkish marble on the walls, german made shower & sink faucet.
Hall: Nest 3rd gen AC thermostat and a closet full of janitorial supplies, toilet & kitchen paper.
