Our studio is located on the third floor of the renowned Mont-Vernon residence. It has a full view on Orient beach (voted the best beach in the region) as well as on the close rocky islands of the warm Caribbean sea.
Besides a 40 sq meters living room, ventilated by a fan or air-conditioned, the spacious balcony allows you to savor a meal or relax, with St Barth island in the background.
Entirely renovated on a contemporary style, the studio provides all comfort elements : free fast Wi-Fi internet access, flat screen TV 32", quality kitchen (with fridge and freezer, oven and microwave, washing machine, iron, …). Linens provided for the queen size bed. Large shower and separated WC.
The Mont Vernon Residence is a gated area with 24h security. On-site tiny grocery store, pizzeria, laundromat and private car parks. For fun, a large and beautiful swimming pool along the beach, with lounge chairs and shade pergolas, 2 tennis courts and the magnificent Orient beach where you will find numerous places to rent equipment for kite-surfing, wind-surfing, sailing .
On the beach, a lot of restaurants and bars offer local specialties in a festive atmosphere. Nearby (1mile), the commercial area of Hope Estate with supermarkets, shopping, banks,… Further (2 miles), the village of Grand Case, considered as the French gourmet capital of the Caribbean, with a lot of high standard restaurants and quality shops along its very typical main street. At last, Marigot, "the capital", with its local market along its wonderful bay.
It is recommended to rent a car to enjoy all the opportunities of St MARTIN, with the originality of its bi-nationality and numerous and varied touristic hot-spots.
