Summary: This was much larger than we expected. It was well appointed, new-looking apartment, Nicky appointed. Has Wi-Fi, cell service, full refrigerator, microwave. Also had a full sized washer & dryer. All was spotless clean and comfortable. 10-15 minutes to the center it Boone, and not too far fromBlowing Rock. The owner lives upstairs, but this unit has a separate entrance. The owner was very friendly and helpful when we contacted them. We were pleased with the rental and would happily return.
