This wonderful condo is located minutes from the Pigeon Forge Parkway and in the Whispering Pines Condo development!
Getting Around:
We always recommend 4x4 drive for anywhere in The Great Smoky Mountains. The condo features paved roads all the way to it and without any inclement weather any car should be fine but again, we recommend 4x4 wheel drive when visiting the area. This condo is located in downtown Pigeon Forge, TN and within walking distance to the Parkway.
Other Things to Note:
Must be 21 or older to book this condo.
This condo sleeps 4 guests maximum.
We always recommend 4x4 drive for anywhere in The Great Smoky Mountains. Gas fireplaces are seasonal and operate around October-March give or take depending on the weather.
Coffee maker is a regular drip coffee maker. (bring coffee)
The condo is located on the 2nd floor. There is an elevator.
The outdoor pool and lazy river usually open around Memorial Day each year give or take. The outdoor pool and lazy river usually close at the end of August each year give or take. These dates are subject to change at any time and out of our control as they are controlled by the HOA. Any necessary maintenance work is out of our control, too, and controlled by the HOA with no notice. Thank you for your understanding.

Summary: The property is nice and close to everything. The condo is nice with comfortable furniture. We had a cleaning issue that was taken care of promptly. The pools and the hot tubs were very nice. The one thing we did not know about is the dumpster being dumped. It is in a terrible location for this condo. They dump every day at 4:00-4:15 a.m. So for five mornings we were awakened. The last morning the back up beeping continued for longer than normal. The dumpster needs to be moved or the pickup time changed. For this reason only, I would not stay there again.
