A wonderful retreat for wine lovers, this light-filled home offers easy access to the Sonoma Valley vineyards and downtown Santa Rosa. The expansive grounds offer views of a dramatic landscape with mountains in the distance.
The rolling property grounds are studded with majestic oak trees. Take in views of the distant mountains on the sun-dappled main deck, where a table offers the perfect spot for breakfast. The backyard also has a secluded sitting area, while a bench offers a quiet spot to read or gaze across the sweeping landscape. A deck near the front of the home has a pair of loungers and a bistro table.
The inviting and contemporary living space features modern artwork and wood floors. Take in the views from the comfort of a sofa and armchairs. Or settle in with a movie on the 37-inch TV. The sparkling kitchen features white subway tiles, black countertops, and stainless steel appliances, including a gas range and side-by-side refrigerator. Enjoy festive vacation meals in the elegant dining area.
The primary bedroom boasts a king bed and an elegantly tiled en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. In the second bedroom, another California king bed ensures a good night's sleep. With Sonoma Highway under a 5-minute drive away, you'll have easy access to some of the region's top wineries. Within a 10-minute drive, flit between the restaurants and boutiques of downtown Santa Rosa, or visit the specialty stores of Santa Rosa Plaza.
