Welcome home to this spacious, stylish, and well-appointed townhouse! This unit is the second floor Master Suite, which includes a queen bed, a private attached en suite full bathroom, mountain views, a seating area with swing chair, and a designated parking spot!
Just a 20-minute walk to Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital, a 12-minute drive to the UVA Medical Center, and walking distance to grocery stores, shopping, and dining options!
Available for rentals of 30+ days.
Located on Pantops Mountain, this home features the best of both worlds -- peace and quiet, mountain views, and easy access to all the best that Charlottesville has to offer.
The townhouse has 3 additional bedrooms that may be rented to other professionals (usually medical) and the main level and downstairs common areas are shared -- this includes a living room, two dens, a kitchen, laundry, a half bath, a dining area, and a deck. The common areas will be professionally cleaned on a biweekly basis at no cost to you.
A well-behaved pet will be considered for an additional fee of $250 (or $100/month, whichever is less).
You will be able to access the whole house with the exception of the other private bedrooms and bathrooms.
