This 470 sqm “mas” nestled in a leafy cocoon in the centre of delightful and lively Mouriès village in the Alpilles area has been meticulously renovated and fitted by a duo of renowned interior decorators, boasting a chic countryside style in perfect harmony with its historic past.
With several courtyards and gardens, the grounds feature a centennial plane tree and benefit from a heated 10 x 6 metre swimming pool, a boules pitch and parking space.
The property comprises several elegant air-conditioned buildings oozing with period charm. These include a 350 sqm main house with a living/reception room featuring exposed stone and with wide patio windows opening onto the garden, a cozy reading room with a fireplace and a piano, and a kitchen with dining facilities (also with a superb fireplace). Six bedrooms, each with their own particular decorative style, are in the main house and the annexes – four suites in the main house, a bedroom by the spa’s courtyard, and a 60 sqm master suite in the summer house.
Opening onto the swimming pool, the latter offers 120 sqm of floor space and also includes a kitchen with dining facilities, and a relaxation area with a billiard table.
There is also a fitness room and a sauna.
Please note that there is a fountain in the grounds with no security measures.
Open all year. Short stays (3 nights +) are possible except during July and August (Sunday to Sunday).
