Recently renovated from the original building from the 16th century keeps the original elements and exquisite neo-romantic italian taste, Villa Hunt is a marvelous estate, located in a plot of 130 hectares of unique natural area in the Mallorca Island, with a spectacular view on the Tramuntana Mountains and just 4 knm away from the beaches.
The area is surrounded by fields, hills and natural forests to preserve a distinctive rustic character, and protected by environmental legislation.
The property has 7 different gardens in a total 0f 15.000 square meters, with an Arabic fountain and large baths surrounded by Rosales and Agapanthus. The different spaces are connected by a paved path with jasmine and bougainvillea, olive trees, oaks, hack berries and cypress trees. This is the ideal place where to spend holidays immersed int the sound of nature and peace .
In the garden we find the beautiful swimming pool with a large terrace with sofas to relax and enjoy the atmosphere of Son Doblons there is also a spacious sundeck with hammocks, sunbeds and umbrellas for the hottest days. A fascinating barn, covered with olives trees and equipped with table and chairs, is perfect for the best celebrations and events.
The main building is developed into two levels, on 200 square meters .
On the ground floor the spectacular entrance with two arch connect the two dining rooms with sofas, TV, fireplace, and relax areas, the summer dining room, the fully equipped kitchen, the courtyard with the fountain and the glass veranda, to let enter a nice breeze and the sounds of the nature and the water.
On the first floor the very luminous art-nuvoueau style library, with a central fireplace and armchairs is the perfect place where to relax reading a book or admire the panoramic view on the bay and Cape Formentor.
At this level we find also a large living room with a piano and the direct access to the bedrooms which has their private living room with another fireplace , this space is connected with different outside terraces.
Villa Hunt can accommodate 16 person in its 8 charming and brights bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, the guests will appreciate, the wi-fi connection, the BBQ, a private tennis court, a football field, and for the smaller a ping-pong table.
For hiking and horses lovers, several paths are available in the surrounding area, also a prehistoric necropolis and other archaeological remains.
