The Villa , developed on 400 square meters including the basament, with a luxury and contemporary taste has an infinity pool 23x5mt with a spacious wooden deck for sunbeds and umbrellas, large terraces, BBQ and an wooded pergola 8x5 meters, with table and chairs, ideal for summer dinners outside.
From the 4 big sliding glass windows and the sun terraces we enter in the living room, 80 square meters with a uniques sea view, with dining area with table and chairs, tv corner and the fully equipped kitchen, with double fridge, freezer, two dishwashers, oven 90 cm, it has a secondary entrance from the back.
Villa Lucente has 6 bedrooms , all with air conditioning, a double bed 180 cm sized, the Master room with en-suite bathroom, TV and DVD player, it has a direct access to the garden and the terrace. Another bedroom with en-suite bathroom TV and DVD player,the last 4 bedrooms shared the bathroom with a separated wc room, one has a beautiful sea view.
The guests will appreciate the safe box, the gym room about 15 square meters, with sea view, a beach volley field and outdoor private parking.
