Located close to San Jose, just three minutes drive to the closest beach.
Villa Nieves is a 290m2 property recently renovated in a pot of 1000m2 close to Port d’es Torrent, with a salted water pool 12x5mt surrounded by a deck with parasolos, gazebos, sundebs and two balinese beds. A covered terrace with table for dinners outside , chill areas for relaxing and a built-in professional barbecue.
The Villa offer a big living room with sofas, satellite TV and the fireplace.
The modern kitchen is full equipped.
4 bedrooms all with air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, tv, safe, two on the main floor, both with two single beds (90cm) and two on the first floor with double beds (160cm)
Parking space for 3-4 car complete the property.

A 50% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
