Positive: Location is practically perfect, very nice for the price. Very nice bathroom. Cheap pizza right downstairs. Contactless checkin.
Negative: You get what you pay for, so I can't really complain given the price of this hotel. However, be prepared to have 0 handsoap, dishwashing liquid or washing liquid. You will have to bring it unless you want to buy it for 10€ at the marked up supermarkets. Cutting board was greasy.
