The dwelling is in a modern housing estate with excellent aesthetics, designed to offer its visitors a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere.
Amongst earth and sky ... mountains and sea, 5 maisonettes have been developed with fabulous taste, that offer a unique getaway experience and entertainment. The Space
The Nero maisonette has 3 levels: The ground level is 30 sqm and has a sofa bed that accommodates 2 people, a dining table that seats 6 people, a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The first level is 30 sqm and accommodates the main bedroom with a double bed and balcony and the third level is an open loft that is 20 sqm and accommodates 2 single beds.
The outdoor area has a fully equipped lawn covered playground for our little friends. There is a shared BBQ on an elevated area with tables and benches. Within the grounds you will find a private chapel of St. George.
Lastly, the property offers a 5.000 sqm area, where you are able to organize any type of reception you wish (Weddings, Christenings, Childrens Parties) with maximum capacity of 500 people (seated). Contact the host for inquiries.
The property has provisions for extra linens and towels. Additionally, should the guest require cleaning services, these are provided every 3rd day.
