Summary: Pictures are accurate. Everything was new. Huge principal bedroom: seemed even bigger than the living area: we moved a chair from the bedroom to get seating for 4 in the living area. Nice outdoor space. We were one of the first people who stayed. Hosts are extremely nice and responsive, willing and able to take care of anything that goes wrong. This is the ADU in their backyard, so hosts were always available. Neighborhood is quiet and walkable, while very convenient to Warner Center and Calabasas shopping and restuarants, as well as the freeway and Ventura Blvd. Horses live next door! We would go back.
