This beautiful, newly-renovated 3 bedroom, 1 bath home in a clean, urban neighborhood, is 10 min from the famed Lake Shore Rd / Nautical Mile of Grosse Pointe along the shore of Lake St. Clair, and 15 mins from downtown Detroit. It is 1/2 mile from Ascension St. John’s Hospital & Medical Center. Enjoy the perfect location to enjoy SE Michigan’s beauty, whether you are here for fishing, boating, or to take in a ball game or concert, it is a great place to unwind and relax.
This home has a living/ family room with a smart TV and plenty of seating including a day bed. There is a new, full kitchen with a separate dining area. It has one full bath. There is a private patio with seating and string lights and a grill. The garage allows for secure parking, and there is a washer/dryer on-site. All you need to feel at home while you're on the road.
Guests will have access to the entire home, patio area and garage.
