Newly constructed lakefront home, on quiet Lake Saphire in Lake City! This new home has two living spaces which is great for the multiple family vacation. The main house which is new construction, has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, a half bath, a couch and futon in living room, and large deck with room for everyone, over-looking the lake with full sandy beach area. It also has a garage with a furnished living space with a bedroom, bathroom, and living room area- this section may be unavailable in off season. Please specify needs at time of booking. The property books weekly or more only in the peak season which is Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend....please feel free to inquire if your only needing less than 7 nights to ask, but know that we may not be able to accomadate.
