A few minutes from the beach, you will find this beautiful villa located in a beautiful urbanization next to the Gavarres mountains, a protected natural space with a beauty that invites you to enjoy its purity, very close to the town of Calonge and our office, in a private and quiet environment. The accommodation is fully rented, so you can enjoy its entirety, its garden and the swimming pool. The pool has weekly maintenance.
Enjoy this charming atmosphere without giving up other singularities such as the beaches, walks, evening drinks, a good restaurant, all the commercial offers and services close by to enjoy them whenever you feel like it.
The house is on two levels. On the first floor, you will find two double bedrooms, one with two 80x190 beds, the other with a 180x190 double bed; and a complete bathroom. On the ground floor, there is the living-dining room with access to the terrace and barbecue area and swimming pool; a fully equipped kitchen; a double room (with a 200x200 bed) and private bathroom; and a toilet and utensil cupboard under the stairs.
The two double bedrooms have air conditioning. The twin bedroom and lounge have ceiling fans. The house is in a privileged urbanization, and at a height that allows it to be a well-ventilated home.
Outside, its terrace enjoys unbeatable views of the mountains. Next you have the pool, 4x8m, with views of the mountains and the sea, and a charcoal barbecue area. In the background, a cozy corner where you can celebrate good meals in a good atmosphere.
