Welcome to Sunny Daydream, luxury living at its finest! Located just over a mile from beautiful Vanderbilt Beach, the home is within walking or biking distance of many restaurants, shopping centers, and recreational activities. There is room for the whole family in this 3000 sq ft house, built in 2024, on an extra wide lot with an open floor plan. It boasts tall ceilings, top-of-the-line appliances and finishes, 4 ensuite bedrooms, plus an office. The back of the house feels like an oasis with several covered seating areas, large, screened pool deck, and a beautiful heated pool and spa.
The home can comfortably accommodate 8 guests, and includes (6) 4K Ultra HD Roku TVs (85` in the family room, 55` in the Master BR, office, king bedroom, twin bedroom, and 50` in the second king bedroom, and a Bose Bluetooth soundbar w/surround sound in the family room.
The chef’s kitchen has Jenn-Air SS appliances, a gas cooktop, large walk-in pantry, and a huge island with a farm sink. There is table seating for 6 and counter seating for 4. It is stocked with everything you need to cook a feast. The laundry room has a washer and dryer, utility sink, and loads of cabinet space. There is also a two car garage and a whole house water filtration system.
Each bedroom boasts it`s own ensuite bathroom! The master bedroom has a split-king adjustable bed, walk-in closet, gigantic bathroom with two vanities and two shower heads, and a separate toilet room. Two of the guest bedrooms have king beds and the last guest room has 2 XL twins, that can be made into a king bed upon request. All the bedrooms have blackout shades or curtains.
This home is equipped with everything you could possibly need for your beach vacation including, beach chairs, an umbrella, coolers, sand toys, pool toys, 2 adult bicycles, books, games, and puzzles.
We also provide a pack-n-play, baby monitor, sound machine, booster high chair, kids cups, plates, and silverware for any families traveling with small children.
This property has all of the charm, ambiance and amenities that make it your best choice for enjoying the Naples area.

The owner lives in Illinois, but is always available through text or calls for any problems or questions.
Only 25 minutes from the Fort Myers Airport and conveniently located between Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins Beach, this property is close to everything! Walk or bike to The Turtle Club, LaPlaya, The Ritz, and much more. The nearby Waterside Shops, Mercado, and Venetian Village offer some of the best shopping and dining in Naples.
You will be required to sign a rental contract sent by the owner after booking.
