Family friendly layout with lake views from each of the three level of the home. Enjoy time together in the open concept kitchen connected to the spacious living room Large deck and lower patio with plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the views.
Outdoor space:
Spend time at your private beach and enjoy the water right outside your doors. Three kayaks and a swim platform are available to enjoy the easy to access lake. Challenge a loved one to a game of corn hole, can jam or ladder ball on the spacious grass yard. If fishing is more your sport, step onto your private dock to try to land one of the many bass that also call this lake home (we ask that catch and release is practiced).
Don’t forget to enjoy smores with the family at the lakeside firepit while enjoying the spectacular sunsets.
Due to this being a private lake we are not able to allow boats to be launched in the lake.
Inside space:
Pull right into your over sided double deep 2 car garage which contains a JuiceBox 40 Level 2 electric charging station compatible with most EV vehicles. The driveway is large enough to accommodate several more vehicles. The over sized kitchen with extra large island and bar stools make cooking with loved ones a joy. The outdoor deck has lots of comfortable seating and space for outdoor dining over looking the all sports lake. Another living room in the lower level with a 2nd television, pool table, and dart board for fun activities on those rainy days.
A large 2 story gas fireplace anchors the kitchen, living and dining room and make for a great fall and winter accent.
Sleeping space:
Conveniently located main level bedroom with queen bed and lake views is adjacent to main level full bathroom with low entry shower.
Upstairs you'll find 4 spacious bedrooms including the master suite with king bed and private bathroom. Master bedroom includes a small balcony overlooking large 1 acre wooded lot. Second bathroom located upstairs is easily accessible for the other 3 bedrooms and is supplied with shampoo, condition and body wash. Two of the bedrooms share a large walk in closet to store all your belongings and make yourself right at home. Light and airy office is a walk thru leading to large bedroom with three twin beds. The 6th bedroom queen bed is located on lower level with another full bathroom for privacy.
