* Report any damages that occur during your stay.
* Make sure to return garage door openers in the welcome basket, all fan remotes to their holders, all TV remotes near the TVs, and games returned as you found them.
* Late Check Out Fees are as follows: $50 for the first hour, $100 for two hours, and $500 for any extended time. These fees ensure fair compensation for our cleaners, or any subsequent guests affected by delays. If you need a late checkout, please inquire in advance. Depending on upcoming bookings, we might be able to accommodate you, though a fee might apply.
