Located in Bourne, the Gateway to Cape Cod, and surrounded by attractions, this one-level home on Queen Sewell Pond offers beautiful water views and recreation.
Queen Sewell Pond is an 18-acre freshwater pond, make memories swimming, kayaking and fishing from the dock or walk or kayak to the sandy beach nearby.
The large flat grassy backyard is perfect for yard games and you'll be delighted with the fire pit area, bring the s'mores! The 35-foot deck offers plenty of seating, a 2-person hot tub and a gas grill with a constant supply of gas--no need to worry about running out pf propane.
Plenty of room for friends and family in this air-conditioned 4-bedroom (3 queens and one king) house. Sleeps 8 and has 2 full bathrooms, including a large jetted bathtub. The interior is bright, clean and comfortable, an office is available if you need to stay connected, as well as WIFI.
All 4 bedrooms and the living room have TVs with Roku available. Enjoy water views and easy access to the deck and yard from the living room, which also boasts a gas stove/ heater for chilly nights in the off-season.
The eat-in kitchen is well equipped with a gas range and stove top, a dishwasher, microwave and drip coffeemaker.
You can't beat the location, within a few miles you can visit the Cape Cod Canal Railroad Bridge, the Bourne Bridge and its scenic park, 3 mile lookout and several beaches to choose from. Bring the bicycles to cruise up and down the Cape Cod Canal or just sit and watch the boats go by. Restaurants, shopping, tourist attractions, coffee shops, antiquing and waterfront activities abound. Water Wizz water park is an 8 minute drive away.
