Modern bathroom, consists of a large shower, hair dryer and iron, towels, gel and shampoo and body cream. It has an easy to use vertical iron.

Cleaning of the apartment before each reservation, it is very important for us to clean for a stay of 10.

- Need car? Car not necessary to move around the main attractions of the center of Malaga. There are bus and metro stops less than 10 minutes walk from home.
How to get to the apartment: If you come by taxi you will have to tell the driver that he is going to Parras 10 and will leave you at the same door of the building. If you are coming by train / subway, you must stop at the last stop "Centro Alameda" and walk to the apartment as it is reached in approximately 10 minutes.

* Possibility of flexible check-in / check-out based on availability
* Only persons detailed in the reservation may stay in the apartment. If it is proven that someone else did, you will not be entitled to the refund of the deposit
* Guests should make sure everything is turned off before leaving the apartment (air conditioning, lights...)
* Guests must dispose of trash when leaving
* At the entrance a contract will be signed whose copy will be delivered. It is essential to present an identity card or passport
* We have prepared the house with a lot of dedication, effort and detail, please treat everything with the utmost care, just as you would like your apartment to be treated
