We are minutes from Mountain View Ranch and Deer Creek Valley Ranch wedding venues and in the heart of all outdoor activities- hiking, biking, disc golf, horseback riding, fly fishing and ~30 minutes from Red Rocks if you want to catch a show!
This 2-level, 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom, home was built in 2019 and is part of a small neighborhood of homes in the town of Bailey. Enjoy your coffee with views of the mountain peaks from one of the two decks or bbq'ing outside. With two living rooms and plenty of space for groups, it's perfect for mountain-style entertaining.

WIFI: Work from home? So do we! The Wi-Fi at the home is reliable and the fastest speed available in the area from CenturyLink. The speed supports email, browsing and video streaming or calls. There is also no issue with streaming live TV or Netflix.
PETS: We love our furry family members and welcome one well-behaved dog at the house with prior approval! If your pets get on the furniture, we kindly ask that you use the blankets provided to protect our furniture and help keep our place clean for future guests. Dogs must not be left unattended in the home and should be kept on leash at all times- there is wildlife in the area! Fee is $50 nonrefundable.
NO SMOKING: Please note that smoking or vaping is not allowed.
SECURITY CAMERAS: For your safety and the safety of others, we have 1 Ring surveillance camera on the front exterior of the house that monitors the driveway and front entrance.
OTHER: We provide white noise machines in each bedroom as an additional amenity for light sleepers.
