Summary: This was perfect for our family visit, and we'd love to stay here again. As evident from the outside, it is an older, historic home. Inside, it has been fully renovated with a modern kitchen and bathrooms while retaining charming details from the past. Feels very spacious with one small private bedroom near the front of the house, a large primary suite at the other end (with the most amazing shower and skylight!) and in between there's an extra large suite with two sleeping areas and a full bath. Lots of closet space with plenty of hangers and drawers. There's a third bathroom with an extra deep bathtub. The kitchen was well stocked with necessities and plenty of dishes, cups, glasses, etc. The dining table fits 6 plus there's four seats at the island connecting to the kitchen. There's also a cute little study/office area off the dining room. There are several sitting areas throughout that provide comfortable, quiet spaces to relax. The beds were comfortable but if you're used to a firm mattress, you may find these are on the softer side (we all slept great). Interior doors to 2 of the bedrooms have clear glass inserts - if you have kids in the bunkbeds, the light from the living room area may not be ideal. Otherwise, we didn't feel any privacy issues due to the way the rooms are layed out. AC worked very well, we didn't need the extra fans that were provided. The off-street parking was also a plus. Easy check-in/out and great host communication. Also, it was very clean!
