The Space:
The house has four floors and a rooftop deck, each with tremendous offerings!
You're greeted by the open concept living & dining area featuring cozy seating around an electric fire place accompanying a large UHD Smart TV! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'd need to make a gourmet meal.
The lower level features a full bathroom, ping pong table, giant Jenga set, Connect Four, seating area, and more. You're going to hang out down here a lot. The game hub is awesome!
On the second story, you'll find another luxury bathroom. There are two bedrooms on this level. The first offers an ultra thick plush queen mattress, desk to use as a workspace, and plenty of natural light. The second bedroom on this floor has two queen beds, each outfitted with high quality sheets to compliment the ultra thick plush mattresses. You'll feel like you're on a cloud.
The master suite offers plenty of space to spread out and relax. There's a walk-in closet for all your bags. Did I mention the spa-like bathroom with dual vanity and overhead rainshower?
As if the master suite doesn't have your head in the clouds, be sure to stop by the wet bar for a beverage on the way to the rooftop deck. Here you'll find breathtaking views of the Philadelphia Skyline and plenty of space to make memories on your trip!
The Neighborhood:
Our neighborhood is a vibe. The up-and-coming nature adds a unique charm. You'll notice breweries and beer gardens are close by, buildings have funky murals, and the people are welcoming with a mix of new age spunk and tenured folks. For an expansive selection and debatably Philly's hottest night life, you are only a 5 to 10 minute Uber ride away from Fishtown and Northern Liberties.
Highly recommend Poe's Sandwich Joint and Human Robot Brewery.
Getting Around:
Uber is the cheapest and most convenient option. Alternative the train line is only a short walk away that will take you right into center city or to the sports stadiums/concert venues.
