THE SPACE:
Wake up to the sound of waves and panoramic ocean views in this beautifully curated oceanfront vacation rental. Thoughtfully designed to blend laid-back luxury with functional comfort, The Triton is your personal retreat on the beach.
The top-floor primary suite features two plush king beds and opens to a private balcony that looks out over the Pacific—ideal for relaxed mornings and golden hour sunsets. The upstairs back room features sliding doors that open directly to a patio rail and 10 ft ceilings. On the lower level, a twin pull-out couch in the third, small bedroom provides a comfortable sleeping option for a fifth guest.
This home also features a memory foam cot, similar to those found in hotels, for added comfort and flexibility. The cot can be set up in the third bedroom on the first floor, next to the pull-out sleeper sofas, providing an extra comfortable sleeping option for an additional guest.
At the center of the home is a bright, open-concept main level where living, dining, and cooking flow together effortlessly. Large windows frame the ocean beyond, while the fully equipped chef’s kitchen includes a GE Profile refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, wine fridge, French press, electric kettle, toaster, and specialty kitchen tools like a spiralizer and slicer—perfect for everything from gourmet meals to casual bites.
Enjoy cooking at the rotisserie BBQ while taking in uninterrupted views of the beach and ocean. Multiple seating areas on the balconies, patio, and sunroom offer perfect spots to relax and admire the beautiful beach scenery throughout the day. A direct beach view, along with a public sand court located directly out front and easily accessible, further enhances the outdoor experience.
Additional features include a mini-split A/C system, central heating, an in-unit washer and dryer, smart TVs throughout, beach towels, and a premium pour-over coffee setup for your mornings.

The Triton is a private unit within a two-home duplex. While your living space is entirely your own, several outdoor amenities are shared with the neighboring unit, The Nautilus.
These shared areas include a shaded cabana, a firepit, two Adirondack chairs on the lawn, and an oceanfront lounge area. Like a boutique hotel, these spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you’d like to reserve the cabana or another space in advance, feel free to message us, and we’ll coordinate availability.
This home includes a private garage with one available parking space and one tandem spot directly in front. We kindly ask that guests limit vehicles to two and ensure they do not block the street, as Manhattan Beach parking enforcement is active.
NEIGHBORHOOD INFO:
PLEASE NOTE:The property immediately to the north is undergoing a full home rebuild. While the home does not face the construction directly, you will experience construction activity, trucks and noise during permitted hours. The City of Manhattan Beach enforces strict regulations to minimize disturbances, allowing work only Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m and strictly prohibiting construction on Sundays and City-observed holidays.
The Triton is located right on The Strand, offering instant access to the beach, volleyball courts, and one of the most iconic beachfront walking and biking paths in California. Step outside and enjoy morning jogs, sunset strolls, or bike rides along the coast.
Two blocks uphill is Highland Avenue, filled with local shops, casual dining, and neighborhood coffee spots. A short ride or walk brings you to downtown Manhattan Beach Village, known for its upscale restaurants, boutiques, and beachy atmosphere.
Nearby attractions include the Roundhouse Aquarium at the end of the pier, scenic trails along the Palos Verdes Peninsula, and day-trip destinations like Venice Beach, Santa Monica, and Malibu.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Guests can book both The Triton and The Nautilus together for larger groups or multi-family stays, though please note these are not party homes. Manhattan Beach is a tight-knit residential community, and we ask all guests to respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM and maintain a peaceful environment.
All guests must sign our Rental Agreement to receive check-in instructions. A 14% transient occupancy tax (TOT) is automatically applied to all stays under 30 days as required by the City of Manhattan Beach.
Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property or along The Strand. A minimum $250 fine applies for any violations.
Pets must be approved in writing prior to arrival. Only small dogs are permitted with approval. Large dogs and cats are not permitted. Unauthorized animals or non-compliance may result in a charge of up to $1,000 and/or eviction, in addition to any other legal remedies available to the Owner and/or Company. Any damages or additional cleaning required due to the presence of a pet will be billed after check-out.
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as we cannot provide refunds outside of the cancellation policy.
