The property is accessed via a private road surrounded by cypresses, oleanders, and a private gate. It has a double entrance and an internal spiral staircase.

Set within 6 hectares of parkland and a private garden, it features trails for pleasant walks and trekking. Additionally, just 12 km away in Sasso Pisano, the Biolago offers relaxing thermal waters, including a caldarium at 36°C, a tepidarium, and a photo-purified lake.
Built-in June 2023, with particular attention to the finishes and materials (roof covering in ancient roof tiles and local chestnut beams). Whenever possible, guests will be offered a basket of organic fruit and vegetables with the possibility of purchasing local BIO extra virgin olive oil. The villa also has a shaded box for a car park.
