THE SPACE:
You will have access to the entire duplex home with it's own private backyard.
The living unit features 2000 square feet of living space with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, dining area, living area, full kitchen and kitchenette. Also included In-house washer and dryer, air conditioning and two fireplaces for your convenience.
This two level duplex home was completed in July 2022 and recently furnished with new furniture. It has everything you need to have the perfect comfortable stay.
On the main floor you will find an open concept for the living and dining room area. It also includes a bathroom, laundry and dryer to use at your convenience.
In the living room enjoy a 50" Samsung Smart TV . Whether you are streaming or simply wanting to put some tunes on- enjoy it with family and friends on the cozy couch along with the built-in fireplace.
In the open concept living space is a dining table which seats 8, plenty of room for the entire family or group of friends to gather.
In the next room, there is a large gourmet kitchen. It is stocked with your basic needs. Cook a gourmet meal for your family with the beautiful stainless steel appliances.
On the same floor is the 4th bedroom and full bathroom along with an entire separate seating area to chill, play games, or work. This area also includes a kitchenette and fridge.
Located on the upper floor, is the master bedroom with its own, T.V full bathroom and large walk-in closet. Within the walk-in closet you will find an iron/ironing board.
On the same floor you find 2 additional bedrooms and a main full bathroom.
Enjoy high speed WIFI throughout the home.
This space is great for long-term and short-term stays any time of the year.
GUEST ACCESS:
-You will have access to the entire duplex home.
-Full access to the large, fully fenced, private backyard
-No access to garage or backyard gate

A vehicle is highly recommended in this city. Burnaby is just a short commute away from other major cities in the area, including Vancouver, the city of Surrey, and the Richmond community.

There is free parking available on the street right in front of the house.
Closest Bus Stop is a 6 minute walk away.
There are elementary schools ~5 min walking distances away. This should not interfere with your stay.
