This home is built by Tom Welsh, whose reputation for producing fine homes in Avalon and Stone Harbor is legendary. From the layout and architecture to the fixtures and decor, this home is built to provide the exceptional Avalon vacation experience. Home located on a quiet street, close to everything Avalon has to offer and less than 2 blocks to the 14th Street beach. This spacious 3 story, 6 bedroom, 6.5 bathroom home has the highest quality finishes including furniture grade cabinetry, high end appliances (Subzero and Wolf), wide plank, white oak hardwood floors, family room bar with dishwasher and refrigerator drawers. Each floor has two bedrooms, including one first floor bedroom with ensuite and two bedrooms with ensuites on both the second and third floors. The family room with wet bar opens onto a rear deck leading to a 13' x 27' pool that includes a tanning ledge. The second floor expansive open living includes a gourmet kitchen Smeg small appliances, living and dining areas with cathedral ceilings, fireplace and plenty of windows that provide natural light and air. There is a grill to serve your poolside meals as well as a grill on the second floor deck just outside of the dining room. The first and second floor decks provide ample room to relax and enjoy family and friends with scenic views, salty breezes and moonlit skies. In addition, two bedrooms boast private decks. There is plenty of closet space as well as two laundry rooms and an oversized one car garage. This home will make your family vacation memorable.
