We just finished a complete remodel on this entire apartment complex. This is the first time these apartments are being opened to new residents since the remodel.
Prices:
2 bedroom: $900 biweekly
1 bedroom: $800 biweekly
Studios: $700 biweekly
We have dedicated 1 building solely to furnished apartments for traveling professionals.
Located within 5-8 miles of everything downtown Indy, including a majority of the Indianapolis hospitals and south suburb hospitals.
Move in ready, you just need to bring your clothes. Everything else is provided and ready for you.
We do allow pets with an additional security deposit and a pet fee of $25 additional biweekly.
Laundry is in a common laundry room in the building - includes 3 brand new washers and 3 brand new dryers.
Storage area available for rent as well if you need a little extra space.
This property is located just outside the hustle and bustle of downtown Indy, but still just a 10 minute ride from everything Indy. It is 1 block from the beautiful Main St of Beech Grove and 5-10 minute drive from all the retail stores (Target, Lowes, Walmart, etc) and restaurants.
We have 2 bedroom, 1 bedroom, and studios available.
