Summary: The pictures are accurate and this is just a hop, step and jump from the beach and a lot of good dining options, especially if you like fresh seafood. I mean, it's Newport Beach; that speaks for itself. It's an adorable little place that has all the amenities one should need for a beach trip.When we did encounter a small problem, the host really came through, responded promptly, and did more than make things right. They are a true class act. Knowing this gives me the comfort that if we decide to return that they have our best interests at heart. You really get more than your money's worth here. The value is unmatched when comparing it to similar places along the California coast that we have visited. This rental is very homey, the perfect size for a couple trying to get away, provides comfortable beds, is a prime location to walk the Penninsula, and best of all has an owner that is attentive, responsive, but not intruding. Hopefully you enjoy it as much as we did for our 25th Anniversay getaway.
