Positive: Everything is equipped like someone is living here. 2 bathrooms. Wash machine. Vacuum cleaner, towels and sheets.
Negative: Closets are full and you do not have enough space for your staff. Sewer smell on the beach. A lot of grass in the water. 1 bed is very comfortable, the other one not so.
