Bright two room apartment located in the heart of the pretty little town of Thônes, close to the ski resorts of Clusaz, Grand Bornand and Manigod (about 12 kms), Annecy and its old town (20 kms) and beaches from Lake Annecy (Menthon Saint Bernard 15 kms). The bus station is a 5-minute walk from the apartment and offers regular bus access to ski resorts and Annecy Train Station.
With a capacity of 2 to 4 people (+ 1 baby with specific equipment), the apartment of 42m2, freshly renovated, has a living / dining room with open kitchen and a sofa bed 2 places, a bedroom with 140x190 bed, a bathroom with bath and separate toilet. An 8m2 terrace facing south is also at your disposal.
It is located on the 2nd floor with elevator, easy parking in front of the building and private cellar for your skis.
Ideal for a family, this apartment will allow you to enjoy sliding sports in winter, hiking in the summer with quick access to the Aravis. Thones has a hooked path, a swimming pool, a via ferrata, a mini golf, a riding school and many shops and restaurants.
