Located in the area Adsubia, next to Tosalet, 4 minutes from the beach Arenal, 10 minutes from many coves (the Barraca, Playa de la Granadella), 1 km from the supermarket and 2 km from the first restaurant, this comfortable holiday villa, quiet and sunny, of 209 m2, has a maximum capacity of 8 people and is divided into 2 independent accommodations.
An outside staircase leads to the main living area which includes:

Summary: We had an unforgettable stay in this stunning, spacious villa. The highlight has to be the pool and surrounding area. There is a large area for the sun loungers which receive the sun all day long. The pool is sufficiently large and maintains the perfect temperature. The property contains a beautiful BBQ area and 2 other zones around the pool to sit outside and relax and enjoy the surroundings. The whole property contains stunning, perfectly maintained gardens and inside the villa one can find all the mod cons, air con, facilities to cooks etc. The kitchen area on the lower floor is very handy so you have easy accesss to drinks whilst at the pool without having to go up to the second floor. The villa is in a quiet residential area situated at the end of a cul de sac giving lots of privacy. To reach the beach and main town there is only a 5-10 minute drive and only 15 minutes by car to get to the old town. We would highly recommend this villa and the location. Thank you for a fantastic stay!
