This lovely, detached safari tent is located on a small-scale farm campsite (10 places) on the beautiful, car-free island of Schiermonnikoog, adjacent to a nature reserve. The farm is fully operational, the ultimate opportunity to experience this beautiful life up close. The nearest beach is 15 minutes by bike. The centre of Schiermonnikoog is 8 minutes by bike, and the ferry port is 5 minutes by bike. The safari tent is comfortable, cosy and fully furnished. Here you will experience the real camping experience but with the comfort of a holiday home. There is a living area with an open kitchen, including a fridge, freezer and a hob. There are three bedrooms; two have two single beds, which may be set up as a double bed, and one bedroom with a bunk bed. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. In case it gets chilly, Qlima heaters are used to keep things warm. These are fired on odourless fuel, available and payable at the campsite. Outside you will find a lovely covered terrace with garden furniture. Schiermonnikoog is car-free. As a visitor, you must park your car on the mainland (in Lauwersoog). On the island, you can use public transport (bus) or, of course, a bicycle.
