This main level (second floor) features a beautiful kitchen equipped with granite counter tops, exquisite sound views to enjoy while preparing meals, a large outdoor deck off the living room with plenty of seating for the entire family, a propane grill, sound view bedroom with a king bed and a bedroom with queen bed and TV.
The third floor has a master suite with king bed, flat screen tv, en suite with walk in shower.
The first floor features an Acorn chair lift that travels from the first floor to the main level. There is a den with a large flat screen tv, 2 couches, and access to the backyard. The fitness room is located within Bedroom 4 that has a king size bed and sound view. Bedroom 5 has a queen size bed. Bathroom 3 is a full-size bathroom with a tub/shower combo and double vanity. The home office has a desk, printer and a futon bed.
Additional Guest Amenities: 2 corn hole boards, 4 bicycles, 1 Paddle Board, 1 canoe (seats 2), 1 kayak (seats 1) and bocce ball set.
This home is pets considered (dogs only) however, there will be a $200+tax (one pet) or $400+tax (two pets) non-refundable pet fee added to your reservation after booking. Please note the final quote before booking will NOT reflect the pet fee. That will be manually entered by the reservation team after booking. Please make sure to review our Pet Policy in your Guest License Agreement.
