Come and stay at this adorable beach vacation rental with a cottage feel! Great Location - close to the beach, the river and the park! This 3/1 home has an in-ground pool (heated optional) with a hard-scaped backyard, completely fenced and pet friendly. Stainless steel appliances, wood and tile floors, large dining room table and laundry room with washer & dryer. Both the master bedroom and bed in 2nd room are queen size. The 3rd flex room has a sofa bed.
Enjoy all New Smyrna has to offer including shopping and dining, kayak and paddle board tours, Art galleries, The Marine Discover Center, the New Smyrna Beach Museum, Sugar Mill Ruins and the Eldora House at the Canaveral National Seashore, inshore and offshore fishing, surfing, golf courses, The Canaveral National Seashore, it also features one of the longest stretches of pristine beaches in the United States. Summary: There were a great number of things that we were happy with: Pool and backyard worked out very well Kitchen is modern style and functioned well Bathroom was good Third bedroom is not really a bedroom, more of a hallway with a couch in it. Found it odd that there were no window coverings of any kind on the front windows. Rear deck could use new deck boards, one rotted thru while we were there, stairs need attention We would rent again, so overall worked out well. Very convienent to beaches and Flagler Ave.
