Positive: The view off the back porch was awesome, and the short walk to the beach was nice. There are some nice upgrades in the house and a ton of pots and pans and dishes. The double oven in the kitchen was a really good upgrade. Nice selection of books and board games. The neighborhood was very cute. We loved that kids were playing outside and riding their bikes. It was also about a 5 minute walk to Ray's grocery store, which was super convenient.
Negative: The house smelled like cat pee. Not horrible, but enough that it was always there and I contacted customer service- who assured me that cats hadn't ever been in the house and that they were going to check under the house to see if that's where the smell was coming from. There were some nice updates to the house, but then others were left shabby like the decking is clearly newer, but it's all leaning and looking about to fall over. Or the floor in the living room is very uneven, you can see the sag in places. I also would've liked checkout instructions somewhere. I had to contact customer service to find out what I was supposed to do.
