Wonderful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located in the desirable WESTON HILLS community.
Protected pool and jacuzzi with patio for outdoor dining and entertainment. Open, airy with plenty of sunlight. High ceilings.
Decorative cutouts for decoration. Mature landscaping front and back with fruit trees. Newer roof, AC and water heater.
All new tile floors throughout the house and new rear patio floors. Master bathroom/guest bathroom remodeled. New granite countertops and new tile backsplash, with matching island in the kitchen. Gas oven.
New pool equipment.
Close to Disney parks.
Weston Hills is a gated community with swimming pools, park, playground and splash pad.
All supplies in the house.
Pool heat and BBQ are $ extra charge.
The laundry room is equipped with washing and dyeing machine, iron and ironing board. Bed linen and towels are provided. The property has air conditioning throughout and free WiFi. It's a fantastic property in an unbeatable resort!

Summary: The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was adequately stocked with plates bowls and silverware, as well as pots and pans, but should have come with salt and pepper. The bathrooms were nice but there were only two rolls of TP and we had to buy more. The beds were comfortable. The linens and towels were good.
