Summary: Kim is a wonderful and attentive host. The cottage is adorable and well stocked for in house cooking. Located in a great spot for kayaking, biking and hiking. There is a beautiful view of the bay from the deck and living room, however, there is no direct beach acce There are nice beaches nearby. The deposit is excessively large, I will be refunded given no claims against it after two weeks. Our family would certainly stay with Kim on Pine Island again.
